All sales are final. Should you need to make any changes to your order after submission, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. While we strive to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made to existing orders.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are committed to resolving any issues. Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery, providing photos of the item and indicating whether you prefer a replacement or an exchange.

Eligibility for replacement applies to items that meet the following criteria:

- Defective shirt
- Poor-quality print
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged during shipping
